SHIPPING
Prices are shown exclusive of postage & packaging costs. Postage will be added once you proceed to the checkout.
Currently we use Royal Mail Special Delivery or First Class recorded within the UK but we are soon to introduce a next day delivery service on all orders via courier.
Overseas shipping is via International Signed For.
Countries we currently ship to outside of Europe are: USA & Canada.
Items will usually be dispatched the same day or next day after 12noon.

Although I'm sure all international buyers are aware of this, you may incur customs charges at your end of things and this is entirely the buyer's responsibility.
RETURNS
I am happy to accept returns from within the United Kingdom provided the following conditions are met:
Any request for return must be emailed to info@gentlywornvintage.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
Return details will then be confirmed by email.
Items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of the email confirmation by a trackable service i.e. recorded post.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty.
Faulty goods (other than noted flaws at the time of ordering) may be accepted for return outside of this normal timescale. Please contact us via email at info@gentlywornvintage.co.uk for further advice.
International goods will only be considered for refund if we feel an item has been misrepresented, an error has been made with measurements or a major flaw not noted.
